Before becoming a coach I spent two decades working alongside CEO’s and Executive Teams in some of the UKs largest organisations, leading major transformation programmes and developing leadership strategies that shaped thousands of careers.
I’ve worked across the private public and third sectors, supporting organisations ranging from fewer than 10 employees to more than 100,000. This breadth of experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face in different environments and at different stages of growth.
Alongside my professional experience, I have navigated many challenges in my own life. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the power of self awareness, honest reflection and the courage to make change happen.
Today, I bring together real-world leadership experience and professional coaching to help people create meaningful and lasting change in both their professional and personal lives.
